We are approx. l/2 mile North of M-72 on Barlow Road, and about one mile South of Lincoln.  We are located about 1/4 mile North of Alcona Community High School and 1/2 mile South of the Lincoln Village Hardware.

We are situated in downtown Ossineke, and are located on the East side of the road on US-23.   We are next to the NEMCSA building.  We have a hitching rail for securing horse drawn carriages.

We are located on the former Wurtsmith Airforce Base in the Aune Medical Center.  We are proud to say the building was named for Donald Aune, who is one of the founding fathers of the Oscoda practice.  

As you enter the base gates (near by Oscoda Powersports) on F-41, you will travel approximately 1/2 mile and turn left onto Skeel  Drive.  This will bring you to the front of the building where you will see our Dental Practice.  Our entrance is around the left side of this building, so you will need to turn left at the stop sign in front of our building.  As you come around the left side of the building, you will see a large set of glass double doors.  You may enter here! 

We specialize in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and Workman's Comp-related care.  We have radiology services available onsite.  AHC's Patient In Need Program for qualifying patients is located in our Oscoda office. 

We accept Medicaid insurance as well as a number of other insurances!  Our hours are Monday 11am-8pm, and Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm.            We offer a full complement of dentistry services!

Our office offers an experienced staff to provide family-centered medical care, internal medicine, as well as pediatric care.  We also have Behavioral Health services available.  We are located about 3/4 mile North of Alpena Regional Medical Center on US-23 North, on the opposite side of the road.  You may also use Kurvan's gas station as a reference point as we are situated just North of it. 

Our office is open from 8 am to 5 pm.  This locale houses the administrative offices for Information Services, Finance, Clinical Director, Human Resources, and 340-B Pharmacy Coordinator.

  Tiger Health Extension is a school-based clinic operated by Alcona Health Centers that is housed within the Alcona Elementary School in Lincoln, MI that provides primary care and health education to students 5-12 years of age residing in the Alcona Community Schools district.

Alcona Health Centers maintains a hospitalist service at Alpena Regional Medical Center.  A hospitalist specializes in caring for hospitalized patients from admission to discharge.  During the patient's hospital stay, the hospitalist will be their main physician.  All AHC patients who are admitted will be under the direct care of one of our hospitalist physicians.  Our hospitalist also provide care for non-patients.
