Alcona Health Centers is a Joint Commission accredited, federally qualified health care center. Our network of seven clinics are closely situated along the shoreline of Lake Huron in NE Michigan.
We offer a wide variety of services; family medicine, internal medicine, school-based health care services, pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health, dental services, and health education.
We also have a team of hospitalists.
A hospitalist specializes in caring for patients in the hospital from admission to discharge. During the patient’s hospitalization, the hospitalist will be their main hospital physician. All AHC patients who are admitted will be under the direct care of one of our hospitalist physicians. Our hospitalist also provides care for non-patients of AHC.
